Whereas McCuller reveals that dream in conflict with reality will destroy all relationships, Welty shows that dream and reality will ultimately bring a person's view of the world into darkness.

You’ve got to place your ladder so that its highest point is loftier than any other ladder in the pile! When dealing with the same issue concerning men, it’s treated in a different way due to the fact that men had more power and received anything they would demand. It is evident without a doubt, “Catch the Moon” and “The Bass, The River and Sheila Mant” have similarities and differences.
I would ok this for very young children, with the basic art and very simlistic story telling (which I have nothing agianst, though I didn't like it here) but I don't see it capturing the interest of these kids.
