About this deal
Originally an N-Strike only series, three Vortex blasters were re-released as Sonic blasters in 2012. However, the extreme range is countered by the discs' decreased flight speed after fifteen to twenty feet, making them much easier to evade.
However, it delivers on all fronts with a 40 ammo capacity rating and the ability to fire discs up to 40 feet. It features a slam fire handle that is fun to use and powerful enough to launch a constant stream of discs a whopping 65 feet through the air. The Vortex series advertises itself as having "never-before-seen XLR Disc technology", giving these blasters "progressive styles, enhanced performance, and unparalleled Nerf power".Hasbro, instead of trying to cover up the leak, embraced it, and simply dropped the release date idea from most advertisements.
With more customization than some of the other blasters you can find, it delivers excellent value for multi-faceted use-cases. When attempting to narrow down your choice, you want to factor in the size, firing power, reload speed, and your preferences. That’s not all either, as our Nerf range also includes Nerf water guns and super soakers, ideal for outdoor fun in the summer, while Nerf Vortex Howlers and other flyers provide more family-friendly fun in the outdoors. If you will be using the Nerf gun primarily outdoors, you will likely want a large and powerful blaster.
It comes with 30 Xtra Long Range discs which means you will be able to use this blaster outdoors for some long-distance battles. The series, with its green and orange "cyber camo" color scheme, has the appearance of alien technology; this is believed to be in contrast to N-Strike's modern look. The Pyragon seems to be the most powerful blaster in the line, likely because it has a stronger torsion spring. Check out our extensive Nerf range to find the perfect Nerf gun just for them and watch them have endless hours of joy.
