It presents the material assuming the reader has no electronic background but yet does it in an accessible and non-arrogant manner.I have also read this book and can say that, in my opinion, is the most comprehensive book for beginners. Now I found it - from previous experiences I am a bit skeptical about books from Cengage/Delmar Learning, but I'll check it out as well.
